SERGEANT     [/b]https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199013105292/ [b]do You have 24 hrs + on our server ? yes i do Why do you want to be Staff(100 words minimum)?    [/b] The reason I would like to become a member of staff on Slave DarkRP is because I understand that not everyone can deal with sits all the time and it means I can deal with them and help shape an Image for the server with the staff team and I have had some hard times on the server and the staff team helped me a ton so I would like to do the same and this can hopefully cause more players to stay and enjoy the great time that the server can bring, also due to the servers that I have staffed on are down or gone this will allow me to continue to do a job I love to do. [b]What would you offer us that someone else wouldn't(100 words minimum)?   [/b] As a active member (as much as possible) I will take my time on the server to deal with any sits or complaints that arise and do this the best I can, I am also good at keeping my composure very still and will try to find any reason from any player that breaks the rules so I may find the reason and help both them and the server if they seem to have a problem with it and another thing would be I'm always willing to do extra if need be during a sit e.g. give a refund for a low to mid valued item or money so It doesn't wast the time of super admin+ and will deal with the smallest and biggest case should I be required. What is your past experience as staff? Yes i have been staff on many other servers on one server i was Staff Manager and on the other i was T-Mod. N/A If so tell us what for here: Let us get to know you, tell us about yourself(150 words minimum)?   We as far as I can say I'm a very organised person who likes to help others and make life less harder for those around me and this is to allow all that I meet to to what they want and don't have to worries so much about freaking others out due to me having a very relaxed mind set towards those who feel the same around strangers, this combined with my way of speaking with others it was has allowed me to stop a MRDM on a server become a great member of staff and even teach them how to do the same but I am prone to talking about differentiated during a awkward situation so I can understand a problem in the back on my mind so this can sometimes lead others to believe that I don't know what is happening so I try to stop this and I have gotten better at it. How will you deal with players who break the rules (75 words minimum)?: I will bring them the Rule Breaker and the person who Reported,after that i am gonna ask the person who made the Report what Happened.Lets say its RDM i check the Logs and or Damage Logs and see if the person who got Reported really killed the person who Reported him/her.After that i am gonna ask the Person who got reported why they did it and listen to their site off the Story,then i will ask the person who Reported the other person if he/her wants him/her Verbal Warned or Warned.After that i return both.
