I've come across a lot of rule breakers in my time of playing and I would love to change that, becoming staff is something really important to me and something I've always wished to happen ever since I realised how many people want to ruin the server for us and how we can stop them together! I would also like to become staff to get to know players more and make sure they feel comfortable playing without feeling stressed about losing a valuable weapon that was taken away from them by someone who doesn't feel like following rules. I feel like the server would be a better place if more were able to moderate at later times and that is something that I can do and definitely would be able to help in, so that means I'd like to become staff to increase the amount of staffing happening at later times in the UK since past midnight there's still many players on the UK server but only around one staff member having to take all the tickets, this is where I can come in and help assist by taking half of them! Lastly I'd like to become staff to just be more helpful on the server, the server is always gaining new players and I would love to be able to help them and assist them in problems they may have, helping is something I really do enjoy doing because I love to see people succeed and have fun as they should when they come to the server to spend time here with friends![/color] [b][i]What would you offer us that someone else wouldn't(100 words minimum)?[/i] [/b][color=#e74c3c]I can offer a lot of things that others might not, The first thing I can offer is my patience, I love helping people and solving their problems to make everything right, and this requires patience, some people may be slow talkers or some may not be fluent in English and could have troubles, this could result in problems while trying to find out an answer/solution to the problem. In this case I can show my patience skills by trying to understand both sides of story despite small errors in spelling, or grammar. I can also offer my teamwork skills, I love working with others and I never hassle to call in help if I need it, If I'm unsure I always try to work with a individual/team to solve the issue or find the correct answer/punishment to give if unsure! I can also offer my listening skills, I try my best to focus and understand what is happening to make sure I can match up stories etc to punish the correct person/help the right person, my listening skills can also help by making sure I don't miss any details that may be needed to solve the problem. I've been playing video games since I was around 8 or 9 and I played on an Xbox 360 growing up with games such as Fifa 14, and other games that were popular around those times in the UK, I'm currently still in High School and living at home with my parents. I've also been interested in sports throughout my childhood such as Football (Soccer in America) Tennis and others! I've always been quite sporty and enjoyed taking part in group activities. I currently play games like Gmod, Rainbow Six Siege, Euro Truck Simulator 2 and Minecraft. But I would follow the protocol given, If there's is not a protocol then I would use the regular punishments I see on servers such as MRDM - 5 day ban, first RDM is a warning, and so on. If I needed help with any punishments I would definitely message someone who can give me the answer, but in general if someone was breaking the rules, I would bring them to a sit, hear out both players stories and if the 'rule breaker' admits to it I would give them the correct punishment, If the 'rule breaker' doesn't admit but the victim has video proof and I see it and agree with it then I would give them the exact same ban, but if both players are telling 2 completely different stories I would try use logs to see if the victims story matches to times etc and if they don't then I would take them both back to their original positions in the map and simply warn the player verbally because there is no way of proving if the player did break a rule.[/color] [b][i]What TimeZone are you located in?[/i] (e.g BST): [color=#e74c3c]GMT+1/BST[/color][/b]
